Reminders don't show up
Allow notifications for Tailday in the iPhone's Settings › Notifications. In Tailday, open Settings (the gear on the Pets tab) › Reminders to see which reminders are on.
Someone at home doesn't see new records
Both iPhones need the internet and iCloud. Invite them from Settings › Home members › Invite someone; they join through the link you send. Records sync while Tailday is open.
Sharing records with the vet
Open a pet's Health card and tap Share to send it as a PDF. Settings › Export CSV gives you every record for Numbers or Excel.
A new iPhone
Tailday is yours with your Apple Account: download it again on the new iPhone at no cost. Your pets and records move with your iPhone backup, and a shared home syncs back from iCloud.
Delete my data
Settings › Start over deletes all pets and records on this iPhone. If you share your home, it stops sharing first; if you joined someone's home, it leaves that home.
