Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 September 2026

Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using Worthful (the web app or the iOS app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service, including the free plan.

What Worthful is

Worthful is a personal finance tracker for credit cards, bills, mortgages, installments, assets, and spending. The free plan works entirely offline in your browser, and Premium and Lifetime add sync across devices. We may change or discontinue features over time, and we'll try to give notice of anything that meaningfully affects your data.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password (or your Apple ID, if you sign in that way) secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Premium and Lifetime purchases

Premium (monthly or yearly) and Lifetime (one-time) are available through Apple's In-App Purchase on iOS and through LYNK.ID checkout on the web. Apple subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you buy. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. LYNK.ID shows its own purchase and payment terms at checkout. Refunds follow the payment provider's policy. Signing in with the same Worthful account carries your access across supported devices.

Your data, your ownership

The financial information you enter is yours. We don't sell it, claim ownership of it, or use it for anything beyond running the service (syncing it across your devices on Premium or Lifetime). You can export or delete it at any time, and deleting your account deletes your synced data.

Acceptable use

Don't use Worthful to break the law, attempt to access another account, interfere with the service (scraping, overloading, reverse-engineering the sync protocol to abuse it), or resell access to the app. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

No financial advice, no warranty

Worthful is a tracking tool, not a financial advisor, bank, or broker. Nothing in the app is financial, tax, or legal advice, and we don't verify the accuracy of figures you enter yourself. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Worthful and its developer aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using (or being unable to use) the service, including decisions made based on data tracked in the app.
